Kalilangan 2011

Kalilangan Festival is held every 27th of February in commemoration of the foundation anniversary of General Santos City. This years Kalilangan is the 72nd Foundation Anniversary of the City which give tributes to the pioneers and the rich culture of the Tribal People.

Kalilangan comes from a native word kalilang which means celebration.

Kalilangan means festivities. Gathering of the Tribal leaders for a celebration and showing their rich and colorful culture.
